You’ve heard about the STI500 package and you’ve probably wondered: “What is it, and why would I want it”? The answer is simple. It addresses the most critical issue with the EJ25 (Like piston strength, … thanks, Subaru) and offers the MOST well-rounded performance package for the 2004-2019 Subaru STI and 2006-2014 Subaru WRX.
The center-point of the STI500 package is our very-own long block featuring an IAG short block, BCP cylinder head package, and our BCP X500+ turbocharger. We use a unique blend of parts within this package to tailor the build to your exact needs such as COBB flex fuel and Killer B oiling components to ensure performance and longevity.
This package allows us to offer an honest and reliable 550+ bhp package (450-520+whp) in a package that functions almost identical to a stock car. The most common driver can expect to crack off mid 11 second quarter mile passes in this brilliant and affordable package.
This package can be paired with an Invidia Q300 exhaust and catted downpipe to offer subtle exhaust notes and little-to-no extra smell.

IAG offers exceptional Subaru short blocks. Their experience, volume, and reputation were the reasons we chose to transition from building our own short block in-house, to using their fantastic products.
What do i get with the BCP Cylinder Head Package?
Our head package offers a special recipe that allows for optimal valve seal and longevity. The heads are cleaned of all grime and debris before they are machined. All sealing surfaces are cleaned and decked if need-be to our specific finish to ensure there are no gasket sealing issues. The valve job consists of a street/strip angle on our default package and this job may be adjusted based on client needs. As the heads are assembled with new valve seals, the bucket lash is adjusted in a torqued sequence to ensure exact clearance.
Do I have to use your turbo?
The short answer is no, but we suggest it for this reason: the wheel and housing combination offers ideal airflow for this engine package aiding in reliability and east of power. If you would like to use a stock turbo we can absolutely tune the car for it and always add an X500+ in the future.
Do I have to do Flex Fuel?
As stated above, the short answer is no…. But you’d be crazy to not take advantage of the incredible benefits of E85! Our pump gas STI500 packages typically exceed 400whp on 93 octane fuel. We tend to leave the gasoline tune a little safer on flex fuel cars because most user run E85 as much as possible!
